Gretchen is a long-standing resident of Waverly, NE, having moved there during her high school
years. Raised in a large family, she imbibed values of loyalty, hard work, and dedication from an
early age.
Since July 2000, Gretchen has been an integral part of Osaic Wealth, Inc (formerly known as
Woodbury Financial Services). Collaborating closely with her mentor, she co-founded and
cultivated a reputable investment firm in Lincoln, NE, until its sale in December 2014 due to her
mentor's health reasons. Gretchen holds securities registration and state licenses in Life,
Health, and Fixed Annuities, alongside being a Notary Public for the state of Nebraska.
In September 2023, Gretchen took the entrepreneurial leap and founded Capital City Financial.
She specializes in tailoring retirement and investment strategies for her clients, employing a
holistic planning approach that aligns with their unique needs. Known for fostering personal
connections, Gretchen boasts an impressive client retention rate, with many clients remaining
with her for over 15 years.
Outside of her professional endeavors, Gretchen enjoys spending quality time with her husband
Terry, whether cheering on the Huskers at sporting events, attending performances at the Lied
Center, or relaxing at their family lake house in Republican City, NE. They take pride in their two
grown children, Mike and Bekah.
